“Prior to coaching with Jessica I was in a job that caused periods of illness and I was questioning whether I could achieve things in life without making myself burn out. I absolutely had the tools to leave my job but couldn't see it. I felt like everything was a mess and I couldn't work out what to do next.
Throughout my coaching series I've changed jobs and my confidence has blossomed through this. I see myself quite differently in terms of going back into my career (which is midwifery), I don't feel so strange and ashamed at taking a 'career break.'
